1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kohnex (kohnex.com), including its knowledge graph, reasoning templates, MCP tools, and API services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Kohnex provides decision intelligence tools for AI agents, including a cross-domain knowledge graph, an extensive reasoning template library, and specialized reasoning engines accessible via Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.

3. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and OAuth credentials. You must not share, resell, or transfer access credentials to third parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Kohnex for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service to build competing knowledge graphs or reasoning template libraries
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the knowledge graph structure
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the service
  • Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the API without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data, code, and materials on Kohnex — including but not limited to the knowledge graph, reasoning templates, tool implementations, documentation, and website content — are the exclusive property of Kohnex and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. No AI Training License

Kohnex's content, data, knowledge graph, reasoning templates, and tool responses may not be used for training, fine-tuning, or otherwise improving artificial intelligence or machine learning models, algorithms, or systems.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Training large language models (LLMs) or foundation models
  • Fine-tuning existing models on Kohnex data
  • Building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) datasets from Kohnex content
  • Creating synthetic training data derived from Kohnex outputs
  • Using Kohnex content in any dataset intended for machine learning

Any use of Kohnex data for AI training purposes requires prior written consent from Kohnex. Unauthorized use will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

7. Pricing and Payment

Free tier usage is subject to rate limits and quotas. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

8. Service Availability

Kohnex strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kohnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
